- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to be transparent with our prices on this app and our website! We supply the "starting at" price so you know what to expect from us, and our packages are completely customizable. The more you tell us about your event, the more we can help make it magical!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It typically starts with an inquiry from a new customer. If all the necessary information is listed, then the next step is receiving a free estimate listing all of what you should be expecting from us for your event day. There is usually a dialogue regarding drink options and menu planning; but the majority of that conversation happens within the weeks leading up to your event; so we have plenty of brainstorming time together! Once we confirm what drinks are being served, we start the process of building you your drink menu, shopping list, and display menu. You also have direct contact with us leading up to your event if you encounter any hiccups along the way. We're here to help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have our bartending licenses through an accredited institute on Washington State (one of the few that still does in person licensing). We also are up-to-date with MAST permitting required for our profession.
