I tried to clean and polish my travertine floor but only made things worse. The gents at Sir Grout came out to save the day. Made my travertine floor look even better than new. The crew was so polite and personable. They spent an extra day on Saturday to get the job done. They went above and beyond. Hire these guys, you won’t regret it!

I was contemplating replacing my master shower and bathtub marble tiles but when I learned about the cost(well over $30,000) I researched into repairing and restoring Ethan from Sir Grout came out and provided an estimate that we accepted on the spot Michael from Sir Grout came out to conduct the work a few weeks later to resurface our marble and fix the grout issues and I’m so glad that we chose the restoration services provided by sir grout. They brought back the life of our bathroom and for a fraction of the price. We couldn’t be happier with the results

An hour late for appointment. Basically told me there wasn't anything they could for my travertine floor, except maybe clean it. Then he said I can't do anything for you. As he walked out the door I had to ask him the price for the cleaning. He said about $1500 maybe more. $1500 for 350 Sq ft. And that's just cleaning !! No polishing or grout work.....

Mr. Heikka, our lead stone tech came to inspect your floor on time within the 3-4pm arrival window on a Saturday. He explained how the floor was improperly installed so stone honing (wet sanding) wasn’t possible to fix the damage. The $1500 price includes grout work, deep cleaning and enhancer sealer to make a decent improvement. It seemed that you were upset with the news of your floor being installed incorrectly, which we had nothing to do with. Hope you can consider your negative review because we haven’t even done work for you and we take good care of our customers.
