- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 2 years of experience in general contracting, which gives me a strong foundation for understanding the structure and systems of a home inside and out. My background includes hands-on work in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, drywall, painting, and remodeling—all of which are key areas inspected during a home inspection. In addition to field experience, I’ve completed home inspection training that covers residential systems, building codes, safety standards, and inspection protocols. I stay updated on industry standards and continue to sharpen my knowledge through continuing education and working closely with other licensed professionals. My goal is to provide detailed, honest, and easy-to-understand reports so homeowners and buyers can make confident decisions.
