I paid the deposit over 3 weeks ago and have not received the sketch. They breached the contract that we signed. Every time I call it goes straight to voice mail, and they have not returned my calls or texts. I will be filing a complaint with the WA Attorney General.

Paul is very prompt and fair in his pricing. I’ve had him look at a few jobs so far and he does his best to please. I’ve been in business for over 35 years as a general contractor. First in California until 1989 then in Washington State since then. I charge hourly or per sq ft depending on the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to train to be able to offer the most flexible and current designs. I am currently training in Revit (BIM), Sketchup pro and rendering.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been drawing houses since 12 years old and incorporating CAD at the age of 14. I am fascinated with homes and design because it is a persons relief at the end of a long day. Where a family can enjoy each others company and grow together.
