I paid the deposit over 3 weeks ago and have not received the sketch. They breached the contract that we signed. Every time I call it goes straight to voice mail, and they have not returned my calls or texts. I will be filing a complaint with the WA Attorney General.

RR Design could not, given multiple days and missed connections, schedule even one phone call or even provide a time at any point in the future when a phone call might be possible.

Not reliable at all. We were serious about getting the project started. They reached out initially but ghosted us soon after. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. Don’t waste your time.

I charge hourly or per sq ft depending on the project.

I continue to train to be able to offer the most flexible and current designs. I am currently training in Revit (BIM), Sketchup pro and rendering.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been drawing houses since 12 years old and incorporating CAD at the age of 14. I am fascinated with homes and design because it is a persons relief at the end of a long day. Where a family can enjoy each others company and grow together.
