- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is 2.5% for both buying and/or selling. If you are a seller we recommend offering 2.5% to a potential buyer's agent in order to get maximum exposure for your home. If you are a buyer be aware you may have to pay for your agent's fee but there are still many homes for sale where sellers are offering compensation to the buyer's agent!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are encouraged to come to my office for an in person meeting where we can discuss the process of buying or selling. We can also have a meeting over the phone or via zoom. If you are a seller it would be great for me to come by and see the home and we can talk more about strategies for selling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience in customer service! I am also on an excellent team that has sold thousands of homes! We are constantly training and learning new ways to better serve our clients.
