- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is structured based on the scope and complexity of each project. We charge a design consultation fee of $650, which includes an initial site visit, expert recommendations, and a preliminary assessment of the design needs. After the consultation, we provide an estimate of the design time required to complete the project. Design services are billed hourly, and a retainer is required before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Discovery Call or Meeting – We discuss the client's goals, budget, and design preferences. 2) On-Site Consultation – We conduct a walkthrough, provide recommendations, and discuss project feasibility. 3) Proposal & Retainer – A detailed design proposal is prepared, outlining scope, estimated hours, and deliverables. 4) Concept Development – We create preliminary layouts, spatial studies, and mood boards. 5) Design Refinement – Clients review and refine designs, selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings. 6) Documentation & Implementation – Construction documents, detailed drawings, and procurement plans are finalized. 7) Project Oversight – If needed, we coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure design execution aligns with the vision
