I’m really happy with the work this handyman did! He helped with several tasks around the house, including installing shelves, fixing doors, and replacing light fixtures. Well, first off I called him and he said he could be at my apartment at 5 PM. After that he told me he couldn’t be at my apartment till eight or nine. After that he said he was cleaning up at about 8:50 and would be at my house by 10. He didn’t show up until 10:20. All that was needed to be done was to put the legs on a 55 inch TV and put it on the TV stand. He proceeded to tell me it would be $50. I offered a credit card and he told me he did not take credit cards only cash and Zelle. All the cash I had was $40 and he decided to just take that for being here less than 30 minutes. He also did not clean up any of the mess that he dropped on the floor from the box when I clearly told him I had torn biceps in my shoulder and I wasn’t able to bend down otherwise I would’ve put this TV together. I would suggest that he stick to his time promises, and keep them. This was a huge inconvenience for me to have to let a stranger into my apartment at 10:20 at night. Other than that, I can say that he was a pleasant man, but I should’ve been charged a lot less for having to wait so long after being promised that he’d be here by five. He did stay in touch with me during the evening, but that still didn’t make up for the costs and him not cleaning up behind himself. i’d also like to say that I assisted him and putting the TV together so it wasn’t like he didn’t have anybody else around to a system. I just can’t pick things off the floor.
