- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price does not change after agreeing with the client, except in cases where the client wants to add additional work. We provide a warranty on our work and offer insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it’s a long-term project, the client and I arrange a meeting where I come to assess the work and provide renovation advice. If everything is satisfactory, I prepare an estimate and send it along with a contract for signing. After the documents are signed, I provide a list of materials needed for the job. Depending on our agreement, either I or the client will bring the materials to the site, after which my team and I immediately start the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in construction consists of 15 years of continuous work in the field of construction and interior finishing of properties. I have built and overseen the construction of hundreds of homes, dozens of fitness clubs, and dozens of spa salons, and I have renovated hundreds of apartments.
