5 stars! I had chimney caps installed on my home recently by another company, but I still had water coming into my fireplace. I called One Chimney to take a second look and Osher was quick to arrive and incredibly knowledgeable! He noted the mistakes that were done on installation and where things hadn’t been fixed properly, and offered an estimate to fix the work for a very reasonable price. Osher was really empathetic and understanding, which I really appreciated and just shows how much he cares about his work. He then arrived promptly to complete the job, and the quality and efficiency was amazing. I will be using One Chimney moving forward for all of my chimney needs, thank you Osher!!

I was extremely happy with Asher. He was able to fit us in at very short notice. Communicated closely with me prior arrival. Arrived right on time as scheduled. The problem with our fireplace was just that we had accidentally turned off the gas. So he didn’t charge us anything, and not only that, spent time cleaning the fireplace and explained the workings of the unit for our information. He left us with a really pleasant feeling and overall an excellent experience. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending his services. Will absolutely use him for any future fireplace needs. He came the same day and diagnosed the problem with low flame of my fireplace. Quickly did the fix. Was professional to cleanup and tidy it up after wor. I would highly recommend and hire him anytime I have any issues with my fireplace.

Amazing job! Responded to my request promptly and made it out the same day. Very thorough and honest with my inspection. One of my fireplaces was a standard sweep and cleaning and the job was done quickly & with excellence. The other fireplace was more complicated, Osher took the time to explain and gave me options on how to remedy. Did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot, rather gave me his card for when I decide. Highly impressed and will certainly be hiring again for future work! Would 10/10 recommend. Fairly priced, excellent service, prompt, friendly, professional, licensed & all around amazing service!
