FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate per session with no added fees. There is a 10% discount for purchasing 20 sessions at once and for signing up for a recurring (monthly) training plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll do a ten minute call where we get to know each and we both decide if we'd like to move forward and work together. You'll tell me a little bit about your goals and we'll see if I'm a good fit to help you achieve those goals. Next, we'll do a 45 minute consultation (either virtual or in person) where we'll dive more deeply into your goals. In this consultation we'll do a 20 minute assessment-style workout to see how you move. This will help me design your customized program. We'll cover any injuries, medical conditions, or other limiting factors you may have so that you can make progress safely. After the consultation, it's time to hit the ground running and start working towards your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also hold the Performance Enhancement Specialist certification through NASM as well as the I am CPR & AED certified through the American Red Cross. I have been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals for over five years now. The knowledge I have gained in this time has given me the expertise to effectively guide you to achieving your goals. I started lifting weights and doing intense outdoor exercise (running/biking/swimming) 15 years ago. I've had many injuries and setbacks along the way but I've always been curious and learned how to do better and how to better help my clients.
