Colton was very responsive and prompt in our request for multiple issues in our newly bought home. He explained the issues in detail and exceeded our expectations with the solutions he gave to our electrical issues. We have very nice switches, better than basic switches, and he also finished very quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely recommend him to others.

I am so grateful to Pacifica Sparks for the quick turnaround as my tenant reported problems with a light switch making sounds (!) and a faulty outlet. Pacifica Sparks came the very next day and replaced both plus another that he investigated and discovered had bad wiring and checked all the others for safety issues before leaving. That’s wonderful conscientiousness! Thank you!

Colten was extremely helpful and patient!! From first communication , to quoting , to asking him a bunch of dumb questions - he was very responsive and professional. He was prompt for our appointment and efficient when he got there! I received a flat quote that was already approved by me - he decided to give me a discount after all due to the job being a little easier than he thought.
