Mx Renovations was able to restretch my hallway to remove this ripple in my carpet. He responded quickly to my request and was available to repair it right away for a good price. He even was kind enough to fix some of our steps the carpet was getting loose. He did a wonderful job. The carpet looks tight now. I would highly recommend. I attached the before and after photo of our carpet.

I had a fantastic experience with Ruben for my carpet stretching needs. From the moment I contacted him on a busy Black Friday, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Despite a minor hiccup on my end with the key causing a 30-minute delay in the scheduled time, Ruben displayed remarkable patience and professionalism and we managed to get everything done on that Sunday! The carpet stretching job they performed was nothing short of exceptional. What initially seemed like a small task for a hallway carpet stretch turned into a larger project involving two bedrooms and a hallway, with the added complexity of moving furniture around. Ruben communicated every step of the way, completed all the work perfectly and in time, also was kindly willing to charge the initial agreed-upon price (But I voluntarily gave him a bit more cuz that indeed was a lot of unexpected work :) ) I was particularly impressed by his attention to detail and professionalism. Ruben consistently removed his shoes before entering my condo; he also honestly shared ahead of time some limitations of the stretch work due to the condition of my overused old carpet. Those are all gestures I really appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend Ruben for any carpet stretching needs. His responsiveness, patience, exceptional workmanship, and professionalism truly set him apart.
