We just finished two parking lot projects with PatchingPro. As Property Manager for our five-building condominium I’ve been so impressed with the work they have done. Communication with Wilmer Herrera (owner) has been excellent. Throughout two projects he always took the time to communicate with me, answered questions and was just generally a positive and knowledgeable man to work with.
They first repaired some serious dips and cracks in our parking area in February. The crew returned in July to do the seal coat and repainting of the parking areas, and again, they took the extra time to do it carefully. Wilmer was on hand to work and communicate during the job – a big plus to have the person who gave me the estimate also be on the job. PatchingPro goes the extra mile to be sure the customer is satisfied, they show up on time, do exacting work, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
