FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I respond to your bid with a quote, then it will override the prices shown on my personal website. For other inquiries, please refer to my personal website for a detailed price list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My preference is an email or text exchange initially and a hopefully meet up at a place central to both of us and public. I prefer a coffee shop vs. a bar or a mutually agreed location. If you're a woman and feel more comfortable bringing a friend along, do so! I want you to feel safe when meeting me for the first time. Once we meet, I want to know the specifics of your project and see how my services can fit in. If you're wanting to hire me for a boudoir shoot, then you'll have to provide the setting at your home OR other place (hotel room) at your expense. I also enjoy outdoor shoots weather dependent. For real estate; I just need to know the obvious specifics. Drone work will be dependent upon several factors, weather, safety, and proximity to off limit sites such as airports and stadiums following the FAA guidelines. If you want a video for your real estate project and wish to have a voice over narration of the property, then follow up work will be needed in the editing process. Raw footage is all I collect on my initial visit to the address. Any narration can be done once the footage is assembled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing video work for approximately 25 years starting out as a camera operator and later editing my own work with Apple certified training in Final Cut Pro. I have also taken several classes on DSLR use and composition offered by Everett Community College and Kenmore Cameras.
