Arthur is very professional and showed up on time. He went above and beyond by even going and procuring the hardware required to finish the job. However, I wish he have the right tools for the job. His ladder cannot reach the top of the roof. The light were just sticked to the surface, instead of securing them. The final job could have been much better.
