Arthur did an awesome job power washing our patio awnings, cleaning out our gutters and doing some other patio clean up work. He showed up extremely fast and worked hard - he did excellent work..highly recommend.

I thought I had a small Gutter Issue. Artur was prompt to come and look around. He then educated me on my potential problems through photos of the current state. I was glad as I am unaware of them. Then he presented me a quote which was reasonable that on the spot I accepted his quote. He started the work, wrapped it the same day. He took pictures and videos of before and after state. I am so happy of the cleaning work that Artur did & for the price he quoted.

Arthur was the cheapest option I found. I guess you get what you pay for. At the end of the job he asked for more money than his own estimate (which included materials) citing that materials costed more than he thought. While I do understand that somewhat, I may have gone for someone else with better reviews and experience if I knew what I would end up paying for. The job done was average as texture was not applied properly. He blamed the bad material from home depot when I called out the issue during final inspection. He arrived late without heads up and the job took way longer than his estimate. His language issues made it difficult to manage these challenges. He is a nice guy but I would rather go for someone more experienced next time.
