They have done a great job for my LVP flooring and tile flooring. Super fast and high quality work, very friendly and easy to communicate with, and able to accommodate our additional asks to caulk flooring gaps and baseboard nail holes. Their price is also very reasonable. Would highly recommend them and would consider them for my future floor works again.

I wanted to remove carpets and tiles from my rental property and install LVP/vinyl floor. I didn't know where to start so I submitted a project on Thumbtack. As soon as I submitted it, Vadym from Tsuman Group was the first to respond. He came to my place to inspect the site and give me a quote in less than 24 hours. He made a couple of trips same day to come back and show me samples and how it may finally look when project was done.
While he had won my trust and confidence upfront, I wanted to do my due diligence. Overall, I got a quote from 7 different flooring installation companies and while upfront Tsuman's prices seemed higher than others what I did not realize was they had given me all the prices upfront while other quotes had a lot of fine-print and hidden costs. When I factored in actual costs and did an apple-to-apple comparison of all vendors, Tsuman's prices were actually very competitive.
While Vadym did the actual installation, I was in regular communication via text, phone and email with Alina, who was simply fantastic. She explained everything to me in great detail. She adjusted their schedule to accommodate me. She gave me discounts and recommendations to buy quality products at very nominal prices. She also gave me transportation of vinyl floor planks from the store to the site free of cost. I had to go to the store to choose the finishes and place an order. None of the other vendors offered all that for comparable price.
While price was definitely a factor, I was impressed by the final outcome and quality of work. They did a FANTASTIC job and the entire look and feel of my rental property changed making it look so desirable and rentable.
Overall, between Vadym and Alina, they worked as a great team, very communicative, very professional and responsive. They did not have any hidden costs. They under-promised and over-delivered. They told me it could take 4-5 days for the project but were able to complete it in 3 days.
I would highly recommend Tsuman Group (Alina and Vadym) for flooring projects (mine was LVP/vinyl flooring). Wishing them all the best to help grow their business to great heights delivering customer delight and value for money. 5-star ratings for sure.

Tsuman Group did an excellent job installing LVP in my basement. They recommended leveling the floor as well and it came out just perfect! I would highly recommend them to others for their value and quality!
