UPDATE: Antonio responded and promptly took care of the issue. He went up the roof and cleared out a clogged mesh. Fixed the dryer problem. Happy to recommend to others! The person showed up a few days later than the original appointment. He spent 3-4 hours cleaning the ducts as estimated. Took a look at the crawl space too. All good but he didn’t fully clean the dryer vent and the brand new dryer is struggling. Technician is not responding to messages. I would expect some level of after sales service.

Evergreen Air Duct cleaning did a great job. Initially we were worried about needing to move the furniture and also a bit concerned about the dust might get into the house during cleaning. When Antonio arrived, he politely and patiently answered all our questions and addressed our concerns, we were able to calm down and be confident with the cleaning. We went through all the air duct vents around the house and showed where the furnance's located. Antonio assured us that we do not need to worry about the dust getting to our living space b/c he would connect the vacuum from his truck to our furnace directly, which would create a negative air pressure in the ducts so the dust/debris/dirt would be sucked out and go to the truck immediately during cleaning. He then taped each vent (creates better negative pressure) and started cleaning the vents one by one. He also sanitized our ducts when the cleaning was done. The whole process was smooth and quick, and we can see the impressive cleaning results from the pictures he took as a comparison of before and after. In addition to the cleaning, Antonio also fixed a few issues which have bothered us for a long time! He helped to fix the covers of our intake vents, checked our dryer and replaced its old pipe (due to size mismatch we had to use duct tape to keep it in place). It was great that he solved these problems for us during his visit. He also pointed out some of our pipes got rusty (risk of leak) due to the accumulated dust/dirt which were trapping water, we were thankful that he called this out, and glad we did the cleaning which stopped things from getting worse. Overall, Antonio was professional and friendly, and the cleaning work was done smoothly and stress free. During the whole process he was polite, patient and efficient. We loved his service and would definitely recommend it!
