- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the industry with a job at a termite company, then moved on to a custom home builder working on large homes. From there, I became a project manager at a design/build construction company handling million-dollar projects. I gained experience with commercial tenant improvements while working on bank buildings, then started my own company focusing on residential remodels. I also worked for a display company, handling commercial tenant improvements, cabinetry, and displays for five years. Each role helped build my expertise and led me to where I am today.
