Came out and gave a thorough (climbed on the roof to make sure he knew what was going on) and prompt quote. I had asked for a quote in writing and it was sent within a day. The work was not urgent but he was able to come and complete in timely manner. I was impressed with the professionalism and the work completed.

Wow! I have a low slope roof on a triplex in Seattle that needed to be replaced. I had three layers and Eli and the team at Valiant Roofing did a bang up job of tearing it all off, fixing areas that were sagging and installing a top quality TPO roof. I would definitely recommend them. They were efficient and took care of me quickly. Eli was fair throughout the process, communicated well and problem solved with me to resolve a couple nagging problems with the building.

Eli was very professional. He came out to look at my roof and concluded the roof had no issues. His opinion was that the gutter screen was installed incorrectly. He didn't try to create work. I value his honesty and professionalism.
