Slav and team were phenomenal right from the initial communication, to the quality of work they delivered!! We hired Ivankin contracting for replacing a window with a bi-fold door. The great aspects of the process: 1. Slavs communication was prompt. 2. He prides himself in his work, even talking us out of a some skylights which would we warned to put in, but would have not looked aesthetically right (which he pointed out). 3. The pricing was reasonable 4. His team were on time, got the job done in 2 days as planned, and cleaned up well after themselves. 5. The quality of work was high, we have had no problems with the door so far. Highly recommended!

Great work, exceptional customer service. I hired Ivankin Contracting to do skylights in my home. Having worked with different contractors during remodeling, I can honestly say that Slavik is exceptional. He has a true customer-centric mindset that is not easy to find these days. Slavik was quick to respond and accommodated an estimate within 24 hours. He asked a lot of detailed questions and walked me through the plan. When the original plan did not work due to the roof structure, he walked me through a new plan that was the best shot in a given situation. His crew did a great job, and Slavik kept me updated of the progress every day. The crew finished on time, with great quality, despite the challenges. Highly recommend. I never thought I would use the word "delight" when working with contractors, but working with Ivanking Contracting was truly delightful. Wish everyone was like that.

He may be young but he knows what he’s doing and does a great job. Very personable, good to chat with and works hard. Shows up when he says he will, very punctual, and gets right to work. I would definitely recommend work with Ivankin.

They are a great company. Slav(?) was able to find the skylight in the matter of 3 days where as everyone else was telling me it’s going to take 2+ weeks. The pricing was the lowest I got from anyone else. So cheaper, and faster. I liked how he managed to get the skylight so quickly and his professionalism. He was able to explain the process, gave me different options and easy and fun to talk to

Find someone you can trust. Price doesn't always but most times reflects the service you will receive. Cheap materials and bad scheduling are a great way to get an amazing price. The Seattle and Greater Seattle area require a lot of attention to detail to withstand out weather.
