- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide fair, competitive and transparent pricing. From time to time we will offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet face to face so we can discuss your project details, address your concerns and answer all your questions. Our appointments for Full Replacement typically last around 45 minutes and most of the time, we will have an estimate ready for you on the spot. Once you have hired us to replace your roof, we are available throughout the whole process to assist you. We want to meet your expectations and hopefully exceed them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of combined hands on experience in the WA roofing market. And over 25 years of customer service experience.
