- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the project and the estimated cost and hours to produce your project. Some factors that can effect price include number of locations, amount of time involved, type of equipment needed, editing/post production needs, and how the final product is delivered. Lets talk about details first so we can figure out exactly what you need and we'll create a plan to make it happen. We work exclusively with clients who want the best in equipment and experience. Our cost is a little more than others because our focus is on quality. We never agree to do a project unless we can give you a great value for the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre-Project: We will consult through phone, text, or email to discuss the details of the project. Our team will think about location, goals, and equipment to design a game plan for accomplishing everything you are looking for. We prepare ahead of time to make sure a strategy is in place to deliver the best results during production. Production: We arrive early and dress professionally for the occasion (based on type of work). We bring proper gear for the getting the job done right. We work hard to exceed expectations and we always deliver. Post Production/Editing: The editing process is a breeze when you work with us. We can color correct and add special effects, lower thirds, or graphics as needed. Delivery: Delivery is always in the format you desire and timely. Its easy to work together, we can handle as much of the process as you'd like. We deliver fast turnaround on our projects and stellar results.
