Neha is an amazingly patient teacher. She understands each students requirements and challenges them and encourages them accordingly. I felt very comfortable yet i could see my progress in some very difficult yoga postures in a very short span of time with Neha. Neha focuses on your overall wellbeing. I have worked with Neha for about 3 months on breath work specifically and found it absolutely amazing. The breath work definitely made a difference and helped with the problems that I had come to Neha with.
