Introduction

I specialize in outdoor natural setting photography. I will come out to your location and shoot your senior portraits, your children's sporting events, etc. I started getting into photography when I wanted good-quality pictures of my own children and it was almost impossible to get affordable pictures, so I started this to provide that service. I will include a CD of JPEGs, prints or you can order online.

I've worked with Jody multiple times and she is terrific. In addition to action photos for our soccer and track teams, we had Jody do photo shoots for both of our boys' senior pictures. She took outdoor photos and was flexible on timing, even planning two different shoots so that we could get different lighting and different surroundings, and she caught some fantastic shots when the weather didn't cooperate and it began to rain!! (then she rescheduled us for another photo shoot, so we could have sun also). The pictures speak for themselves as for the quality of her work. Our boys had so many great photos to choose from it was hard to narrow it down to one shot for the yearbook. And as for her sports photography, I've never seen better action shots Jody seems to capture kids in action like no one else!

Jody took our engagement pictures a few weeks back and we absolutely loved her! She took so many great shots of me and my finance. Jody was referred to me by a friend for senior portrait photos which turned out great - she works well with hyper picky seniors! Since then I have used Jody for senior ball photos, baby and me photos for my niece and senior portraits for my second child. In each instance Jody has been great with working with babies, groups, bad weather and more. I like that Jody gives her client lots of hard copies plus the electronic files - makes it great for storing and for reprints.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Capturing people in pictures isn't as easy as it sounds, so realize that timing needs to be right... flexibility is key. Make sure you give the photographer 2-3 dates that will work... you never know about weather/ lighting etc...
