- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to obtain as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to examine the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. We do not provide pricing on-site. After receiving complete information from the client or performing a site visit, it will take us at least 24 hours, depending on the size of the project, to provide pricing. This allows us to offer our customers the best possible price and avoid adding extra costs in the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process looks like this: 1. After reviewing project details with a customer on-site, we deliver a professionally written estimate within 24 hours. 2. A written contract will be signed Once we and the customer agree. 3. The project is started, and the customer is given a completion date. 4. Once the project is complete, upon customer satisfaction, final payments are made upon customer satisfaction. Throughout the whole process, customers will be updated about everything going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have 5+ years of experience in the construction remodeling industry. Each company member has a specialty, whether it’s a tiler, painter, or carpenter. Аnd plumbers and electricians are not only pros but are licensed. So you will have true professionals working on your project!
