Communication was excellent from start to finish about the project and the process for getting the project completed. Highly knowledgeable. Explanations were provided in a way that i could understand. Greg involved me in what the process of the project would be and answered all my questions without hesitation. He has high expectations for himself and his work. Always respectful and professional. I discovered these qualities within 3 -5 minutes of our initial meeting. He maintained these 2 qualities throughout. I Value his professional opinion and suggestions. I would work with Greg and his colleague again without question!!!

My toilet randomly started leaking one day and I couldn’t be happier I found PROformance northwest. They came out quickly, resolved the leak and made sure to leave it clean and working better than ever. They went above and beyond! They were professional and knowledgeable.
