I didn’t need much—just a small job to secure a radon exhaust pipe with a few clamps that I couldn’t reach with my ladder. Most companies—roofers, gutter services, and handymen—either ignored my request or quoted an outrageous price. LB, however, was fair, provided an estimate after seeing some photos, and came out promptly the next day. He even replaced a few clamps I had misaligned. Thank you for your fairness and punctuality! Companies like this will continue to get my business because they don’t overcharge customers.

Luis at LB did emergency downspout, gutter, and flashing work on my mansard roof. Unlike others who gave me quotes, he didn’t try to upsell me. He was on time, cleaned up beyond what he needed to, and respectful. He discussed color and material options before installation and sent me before and after pictures.
