I enjoyed and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, American Plumbing. Working with Dan and Dave two very professional and good men who were upfront about pricing, appointments and what possibly needed to be done. There were no surprises and I was told what was needed, shown the work as it was done. Saw old and new parts. They came by, dug a hole in the hard, to fix the problem. They didn't tear up the yard like some plumbers do with a big back how /tractor and then you need straw to get your grass back. They even put a rubber mat from where they dug up the yard and then put the dirt right back in the hole. The area disturbed was very minimal. I even had them look at another issue to get there opinion on it. So if you have an outside issue with your piping. THIS IS the company to call. Don't wait, don't get a second , don't waste a second trying to call someone who you THINK might do it cheaper, then them...just make the right call once and..call AMERICAN PLUMBING....NOW!! Tell them Daniel H. Recommended you!!

Dan and his team did an amazing job. He was able to send me a text to let me know he and his team were on their way. Once they arrived, Dan and his team worked very efficiently while keeping me informed on any issues discovered. Once complete, they did an outstanding job of cleaning up all of the areas they worked in. At the end, he kept to the quote that was agreed upon prior to starting the project. Would recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free of charge. Our pricing is based on the job and it's complexity. Our pricing very competitive and usually beats other companies. We offer discounts to senior citizens (65+) and military personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak with you via phone to understand the issue. The owner schedules an appointment to come out and assess the job, discuss options and provide a written estimate. Customers will be scheduled once they approve American Plumbing to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At American Plumbing, waterline replacement and repair is our specialty. We have worked diligently to maintain the skills, knowledge and equipment to keep up with the demands of today's customers. We devote all our plumbing and construction skills to be the best underground water service contractor in the area.
