FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should understand that pricing in the professional field they are getting a pro who is a Jack of the trade. they are doing everything from start to finish and on our end we are backed by our license and insurance and have to pay taxes. Alot goes into this and they are truly getting their monies worth in curb appeal and resale mostly two to three times more than what we would typically charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is same for everyone. I like to get the idea out of the customers head and on paper. From there we both can devise a plan to figure out materials needed. Then we can figure out cost and time to complete. I also like going over the completed project to ensure my best work was completed and if the customer has any questions or concerns they can be figured then before the project is officially complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My whole life I've been doing this. I've always been hands on in the field and have an engineering and architectural design background for about 4 years.
