Yesterday afternoon our garage door spring broke. Contacted them at 3:00pm and was told by Sarah(very polite and helpful!) that someone would be out between 3:30-5:30pm. I then received a call at 3:30 and told by the repairman that he was on the way and would arrive in 10 minutes! Polite, friendly, and professional! Repair work completed by 4:45pm. Definitely an unexpected expense for the week, but feel grateful that the repair work was done right. Thanks elite

Great company to work with, came out quickly and went over all aspects of the repair/replacement needs. We decided to replace the door, but they did a patch repair without charging us for it, until the new door could be installed so we could still use the garage. The technician was great about explaining all of the details. Front office was also very great to work with, professional and understanding.
