- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent with our pricing, and our pricing structure can be viewed on our website. Our fee structure is also aligned with our customers best interest. We do not get paid unless rent income is coming in!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a "Discovery Call". During this call we will learn more about your goals and your property. We will then see if we are a good fit to move forward with each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and Rental Property Owner myself!
