What was originally intended to be a 1 tree job, which was challenging due to location and obstacles, turned into 2 trees. His initial quote was more than fair. We even adjusted total scope of work to allow a little more work left for me in regards to clean up to keep total cost out of pocket lower. Arturo said if I had more than the 1 tree, additional trees would be added at a reduced price since they would already be here. Showed him 2nd tree and we added it to the quote. He and his crew showed up on the day and time scheduled. They must have been working together for some time because the entire project just flowed forward. No hesitations or hiccups. 2 trees on opposite sides of the yard and still everyone working and getting it done. Must admit the climber was the focal point of the show. Over 60' up and simply getting the job done. Ground crew guiding/lowering cut sections avoiding power line , heat pump, and house directly below. Limbs chipped and blown into one neat pile out of the way. Can't say anything bad at all about Arturo and his crew. Great job and thank you.

I may have been a little harsh with first review. He explained to me what happened and I stood it wasn't his fault. So I give him a 5 star rating. He was professional the day he came and estimated the job of removing my tree. So now I would recommend him for the same job.

Arturo is a professional, friendly and easy to talk to. His team did a super job, we are glad to have the tree removed. They cleaned up the mess and finished quickly. It was a tall tree more than 50 feet and they took care of it. I recommend Sierra Tree Service!

All customers should know about my discounts. I do discounts for military and seniors as well as others. Please ask for more information about discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with a new customer is to work with them to get an understanding of what the customer needs are for removing/ trimming trees. Every job is different so we like to work wit customers for their specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in tree service for several years. By working for many different companies and with assisting customers has given, I have gained a diverse experience. This allows me to better serve customers needs.
