I may have been a little harsh with first review. He explained to me what happened and I stood it wasn't his fault. So I give him a 5 star rating. He was professional the day he came and estimated the job of removing my tree. So now I would recommend him for the same job.

Arturo is a professional, friendly and easy to talk to. His team did a super job, we are glad to have the tree removed. They cleaned up the mess and finished quickly. It was a tall tree more than 50 feet and they took care of it. I recommend Sierra Tree Service!

All customers should know about my discounts. I do discounts for military and seniors as well as others. Please ask for more information about discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with a new customer is to work with them to get an understanding of what the customer needs are for removing/ trimming trees. Every job is different so we like to work wit customers for their specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in tree service for several years. By working for many different companies and with assisting customers has given, I have gained a diverse experience. This allows me to better serve customers needs.
