- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, $64.50 service charge and depending on the problem there are different inspection/diagnostic fees however these fees are incorporated into a repair/replace contract. So in the end we only charge for the actual repair/replace if we would have known the exact problem without the necessary inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls or texts. We get their name, address and phone number. Since we guarantee same day service, we schedule an appointment with a 2-hour window unless it is an emergency. Upon arrival, we write a written contract for the service charge and inspection to determine customer's issue. These fees are waived upon receiving repair/replace contract. All work guaranteed for one year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated for Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Gas Pipe Fitting, Backflow Testing along with every 2 years continuing education for each Master License listed above.
