In my book Mother Nature is any photographer's dream. Our earth is forever changing and yet has eternal beauty so I always feel honored to be the one who gets to use my tools to document nature and nature's greatest gift...living creatures! We all have heard that the eyes are the gateway to our souls. It never gets old capturing someone's life, history, genetic makeup through my lens. The collaboration between two souls: one as the observer and the other as the life always results in a genuine unique experience. How could you not be addicted to that?!

My fiancé & I had engagement photos done by Shaleen.. And I couldnt be happier with the work she did! This was my his and my first time being in front of a camera and we were more than nervous. Shaleen made us feel comfortable and was incredibly patient with us. The pictures she gave us back were beautiful and I absolutely loved them all! Most importantly she captured our personalities perfectly!! Overall this was a great experience! Thank you Shaleen!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My packages are quite basic and simple. Yet on an Occassion I have a client with specific needs and I am more than happy to adjust the pricing and packages to suit your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I know for most it can be quite overwhelming to find a photographer you have never met and immediately trust them to capture you at your best. This is why I believe it’s best to have a simple and quick meet and greet for our session to help build the trust on both ends. I want my clients to feel comfortable and relaxed so I can capture the essence of the Real You. Just a little conversation can go a long way on a system such as Thumbtack. I look forward to meeting you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Photography with specialized concentration on marketing.
