ER Plumbers showed concern for my problem and provided me with options. In older Aragona, the plumbing fictures are often dated to the 50’s and are difficult to work with. I’ve needed to fix this issue for a while but couldn’t do it myself (anything more than a patch job) and I wanted to fix this once and for all. ER Plumbers showed up on time and had a plan of action in mind - it needed to be modified once he started. However, he worked around it with a slight price adjustment (more material needed) and he was able to execute the job within 3 hours, with a minor return to change the face plate for the shower control the next day, which took about 15 minutes. He was courteous, and discussed issues before proceeding. The plumber did a great job and I’d hire him again for future work. The cost was reasonable for the work being done and I felt pretty comfortable with that cost.
