Kaka and his team work hard to turn my 1st floor rugs into LVP floors. Kaka was super responsive and patient in working with us. Guided us to a flooring store he recommended for LVP floors. Estrela flooring did a great job replacing the flooring and sub floor in a utility room where the water heater was leaking badly. Customer service was amazing! You can tell they care about doing a great job! My experience was so good that I have already worked with them on a second flooring job!
