I sent a message through Thumbtack @ 9:17 AM. They called me within 5 minutes. They gave me a window between 9:30 & 11:30 AM for them to give me a free estimate. Alex was here by 9:50 & done & gone by 10:10. He replaced the broken spring. Watching him, he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I have replaced garage doors before & he was efficient as any. 10 stars if I could.

The technician came out and promptly fix my garage door and I could not be any happier. He replaced the springs and all the rollers on it. I did not think that my garage door could be this quiet. I feel like I bought a brand new door. I will absolutely be using their service in the future and recommending MetroMax to everyone.
