- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 20% discount for repeat clients. Depending on the location of the shoot, we do charge a small transportation fee. If for some reason the shoot needs to be rescheduled, there is no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Amanda or I will first reach out to you via text or phone call to get a feel for what you are looking for! We want to make sure that you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible for the shoot, so we typically go over your "vision' prior to the shoot to ensure that you will be happy with our work! On the day of the shoot, we will meet at the location site, have formal introductions and then get to work! :) During the shoot, it will seem like old friends getting together! We believe that laughter is a key to authentic photos so our shoots involve a lot of smiling, jokes and fun stories! After the shoot you can expect a preview of 5-10 photos within the first 10-48 hours, and then you can expect to receive all of the photos within a 7 day period. If you love the quality of the photos and the experience this would be the moment where you would tip us. While not required, tips are greatly appreciated!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thomas was involved in musical theatre for 10+ years. Working both onstage and backstage, I was directly responsible for making "pretty pictures" on stage in live action.
