- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that transparency is the key to building honest relationships with clients, and to ensure that neither party is wasting their valuable time. We prefer to start by gaining an understanding of our client’s current situation and from there discussing solutions that fit their timeline and budget. This is best done through an initial phone or video call, during which estimates can be provided, followed by an in home consultation. We try to be as flexible as possible, which sometimes requires changing the scope of work to be completed; however, we are always upfront with our clientele to ensure we are in agreement on the style and quality of work they are expecting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in 2020 offering remodeling and finish carpentry services on single family homes and apartments, primarily for investors and real estate developers. We now focus on working directly with single family home owners to resolve functional and aesthetic design issues.
