The atmosphere is awesome and it’s a great group of guys and gals. You get to learn some techniques that you probably won’t learn anywhere else. The first class is free and if you attend once, there is a good chance that you will be hooked. The more you put into the class, the more you will get out of it. Not only does it teach you how to be stronger physically but also mentally, meaning that you can apply the spiritual aspect outside of martial arts, whether it be work, personal life, sports, etc.

I've been studying various martial arts for over 23 years. I have trained at Seiko Dojo for the past 10 years. The knowledge and the level of detail is amazing. Techniques are broken down into the smallest components. This allows the students to really grasp the technique. Each technique is trained from little resistance all the way through full resistance. This shows that the techniques are effective against a fully resistant attacker. They train striking, kicking, throws, grappling, and weapons. The class sizes are small too, which allow for a lot of individualized attention. Amazing martial arts, instructors, and students. I highly recommend anyone looking to learn martial arts look at Seiko Dojo.

They are very knowledgeable, provide information about how/why and the classes are semi private so the Sensei can give more time to students
