I hate writing bad reviews but I had scheduled a cleaning for this past Saturday afternoon earlier in the week and we confirmed and set the appointment. We received a message that they needed to reschedule which is fine, it happens and a new date and time was confirmed. That day came and I messaged both on the phone number provided and through the app to make sure they would still be coming since it was a workday and I needed to adjust my schedule to accommodate the new cleaning date. I received no response and no one showed up. Two days later, still no response or attempt to reschedule.
