We stand behind our work with a two-year warranty against peeling, cracking, and blistering. The price you see is the price you pay; we provide you with a proposal, not an estimate. We will do everything included in the detailed proposal for the price stated, and there will be no extra charges or surprises when the final payment is due. We will discuss and agree to any changes in the scope of the work and the impact on the price prior to the completion of the project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At CertaPro Painters of Alexandria we offer great prices and are always running various specials throughout the year. We also offer a price match guarantee if others will match all we offer. Lastly, we offer EZpay options, which is same as cash financing for 6-12 months. Call us today to schedule a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted 3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project 4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured 6. Embrace questions from customer 7. Leave a proposal with the customer 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each CertaPro painter is highly trained and skilled - we make sure the work is done professionally every time! Our painter has many years of experience painting. If we have a painter with minimal experience, they are paired with an experienced painter.
