When my half-bath toilet was clogged, I called a 5-star rated plumber on Google, the plumber came with a fancy company SUV painted with prefessional wordings about their plumbing services. He used the toilet auger a few times and decided that I should have the toilet replaced. He said he had worked for 16 years and never encountered the situation that my toilet did not respond to his fix. He quoted me $800+ to replace a toilet. I paid him the trip fee, he left. Then I came to thumbtake.com as I always do, picked Jamar, he told me exactly how much he would charge me in advance, after I told him what the situation was. He came and fixed my headache with the simple tools. He is sincere, honest and pleasant, eager to please! I am so happy that I have found a plumber that I can call each time...

I have draining issue that wasn’t solve after calling 3 plumbers. He have the integrity and will work hardest to solve your drain. He will even help suggestions and recommend things only if you need and not trying to sell you or not giving you knowledge just so he can charge you again next time if something happen. He have got your back.

Jamar was very professional from initial response to arrival & in completing the requested work. We needed our toilet repaired as well as issues with master bedroom sink leak & tub continuous dripping as well. He arrived as stated & kept us abreast of ETA & he looked over the services needed, gave us a price and his thoughts. The work took well over 4 hours & he had to make 2 trips to get needed equipment but was pleasant and energetic the entire time working. Would definitely use it again & and recommend it to others.
