Jamar immediately responded to my request to fix the interior tank of two toilets. He scheduled to come the next day and was able to complete repairs. Jamar provided text ETAs and arrived on time with extra minutes to spare. It was a pleasure not to have an open-ended window of waiting. He was more than professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had shoe covers and cleaned up his work space better than he found it. He was very thorough and fully explained additional repairs that were necessary. I highly recommend Jamar. When my half-bath toilet was clogged, I called a 5-star rated plumber on Google, the plumber came with a fancy company SUV painted with prefessional wordings about their plumbing services. He used the toilet auger a few times and decided that I should have the toilet replaced. He said he had worked for 16 years and never encountered the situation that my toilet did not respond to his fix. He quoted me $800+ to replace a toilet. I paid him the trip fee, he left. Then I came to thumbtake.com as I always do, picked Jamar, he told me exactly how much he would charge me in advance, after I told him what the situation was.
