Michelle came to us through Next Door and I feel so lucky to have her as my dog sitter. She is innately good with animals, and even managed to coax out my shy old kitty who never appears around strangers. She has done daily walks as well as overnight stays with my pup and kitties and I could not be happier with the service quality and friendship that she provides!

This person could not even make the meet and greet on time and while they called to say they would be a few minutes late after about a half an hour I realized this is not making me feel confident about the person who is supposed to be caring for my babiestherefore I chose not to continue forward. Strangely I had noticed before there was a complaint about timeliness, but I figured it happens but in this case I feel like this person just has an issue with that.
