I hired MaidThis for moving out services. We lived in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The day we were supposed to move out it rained nonstop which postponed our move out day. I contacted the manager and asked if she could accommodate our new day and time. She was so pleasant and willing to accommodations. We actually had to change the time twice and again, she worked with us. We also had items in the house and felt bad because we thought we would able to empty the house in time. MaidThis was very understanding and worked around the items in the home. They were professional, efficient, and always responded within 24 hours leading up to the job. Unfortunately, we moved to a new city, but if I still lived in Richmond I would have hired them to do monthly cleanings. Thank you MaidThis

The review didn't let me hit Professionalism or Responsiveness - I would have checked both otherwise. Excellent, hard-working housecleaners! My only problem is that both cleaners were such perfectionists (even tho one had to also clean all interior windows, & second one did such a completely thorough job on cleaning refrigerator that she took off every piece that was possible & found so much dirt I didn't even know was there!), but I thought 6-7 hours each was excessive. I hope @ 3 hours will be more the norm in the future now that my dirty house is so much cleaner, woodwork & all!
