- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation – We start with a quick call or FaceTime to learn about your needs, ideas, and vision. Planning – Based on our chat, we’ll send you a proposal with details like location, timing, and any extras. Photoshoot – On the scheduled day, we capture the images as planned. Editing – Afterward, we select, edit, and retouch your photos for a polished look. Preview – You’ll receive the edited photos digitally and can share feedback. Final Delivery – Once revisions are complete, we send the final images in your preferred format. Ongoing Support – We stay available for questions or additional requests to ensure you’re fully satisfied.
