- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer for photography services, our typical process involves several steps: 1. Initial Consultation: We start by scheduling an initial consultation where we discuss your specific photography needs, preferences, and any ideas you may have in mind. This helps us understand your vision and requirements. This can be done by a phone call/FaceTime 2. Planning and Proposal: Based on the consultation, we create a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the project, including location, duration, and any additional services you might need. 3. The Photoshoot: On the scheduled day, we conduct the photoshoot, capturing the moments, subjects, or products as discussed in the proposal. 4. Post-Production: After the shoot, we move on to post-production, which includes image selection, editing, retouching. We aim to deliver polished, professionally edited photographs. 5. Delivery and Review: We provide you with the final edited photographs by digital file. You have the opportunity to review and provide feedback to ensure that the final product aligns with your vision. 6. Final Delivery: Once any necessary revisions are made, we deliver the finalized images to you in your preferred format, by digital files. 7. Client Satisfaction: We value your satisfaction, so we maintain open lines of communication throughout the process to address any concerns or additional requests you may have. Our goal is to work closely with you to create stunning photographs that meet your expectations and requirements. If you have any specific questions or would like to discuss your project further, please feel free to reach out.
