I had a pipe leaking in my crawl space. I was skeptical about who showed up to repair it because I could not see the problem or see the repair due to its location. I had problems communicating with the plumber because he didn't speak English. He was a kind person, but the communication was extremely poor. I wish the company had sent someone who could easily talk to me. The interaction was non-existing which made for an awkward and poor situation. I pray that he did what needed to be done to stop the leak.
