- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies between jobs usually depending on job size, job type, material needs, and roof dynamics (steep pitch). We have leveraged national relationships to ensure the best pricing for the highest quality materials. We work with every customer to understand their needs and provide a quality product within their budget. Additionally, we offer financing options. Lastly, we offer the best warranty in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value integrity above all else, so when we meet a customer we take the time to understand their needs. We will never try to oversell a project; always offering our professional opinion on what will be the best fit. Once we identify a customer who has roofing, or exterior renovation needs, we conduct a free 25 point roof inspection. We will then assess the status of other exterior structures to include gutters, windows, and siding. We will provide a full exterior report on the status of the home along with a free estimate. Once the customer is satisfied with what we bring to the table (only the best), we will schedule an installation date. We provide education for the customer throughout the entire process, and will never cut corners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While we generally hire individuals with prior experience, all of our employees are initially provided over 80 hours of online and in person training. Training doesn’t stop there, though. MDR employs experts with decades of industry experience to further build the capacity of our staff. These experts are available to our customers, as well.
