- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working with a new customer is a quick over-the-phone consultation. During this call, we’ll discuss your dog’s specific needs and any behavior concerns you may have. Based on that conversation, we can recommend the best approach for your dog’s training. It’s a great opportunity to get all your questions answered and ensure we’re aligned on the best plan moving forward!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. and M.A. in psychology, as well as an M.A. in education. These degrees help me better understand both canine behavior and how to communicate effectively with my clients. In addition to my formal education, I’ve trained over 3,000 dogs over the past 20 years and previously worked as a Bark Busters trainer. My experience has helped me refine my approach and adapt it to meet the needs of every dog and owner I work with.
